Die Elektrotherapie soll Schmerzlinderung, Durchblutungsf\u00f6rderung, Lockerung der Skelett- und Gef\u00e4ssmuskulatur, Stofwechselsteigerung, Muskelkr\u00e4ftigung und ein erh\u00f6hten Abbau von \u00d6demen und Gelenkerg\u00fcssen bewirken.<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>Ultraschall:\u00a0<\/strong>Mechanische Schallwellen erzeugen Druckwechsel im Gewebe (mechanische Vibrationswirkung), zum anderen wird ein Teil der Schallenergie in Reibungsenergie umgewandelt (thermische Wirkung). Therapeutische Wirkung: Schmerzlinderung, L\u00f6sen von Verklebungen, Muskelentspannung und Anregung des Wiederaufbaus vom verletztem Gewebe. <strong>Iontoforese:\u00a0<\/strong>Nutzung von konstantem, galvanischem Gleichstrom zur Einf\u00fchrung von Medikamenten in den K\u00f6rper.\u00a0<strong>TENS (transkutane elektrische Nervenstimulation):\u00a0<\/strong>Schmerzlinderung durch niederfrequente Impuls und Gleichstr\u00f6me, unter anderem auch zur Heimbehandlung anwendbar. <strong>Inteferenz Str\u00f6me:\u00a0<\/strong>Durch Mischung von zwei mittelfrequenten Wechselstr\u00f6men entsteht durch Interferenz dieser beiden Str\u00f6me ein Niederfrequenter Antel. Mit dieser Schwebungsfrequenz werden die eigentlichen therapeutischen Zielen (Schmerzlinderung, Lockerung, Muskelstimulaion usw.) erreicht.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>K\u00e4lte- und W\u00e4rmeapplikationen: <\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>In verschiedenen Anwendungsformen unterst\u00fctzt sie die aktive und passive Therapiemassnahmen. Lokale kurzer Anwendung von Eis in der akute Phase einer Verletzung.
